Action Aquapark is a water thematic park situated in the western part of Sunny Beach Resort. It is the first water park in Bulgaria and proudly bears the name “Action” because there is no way to get bored here. Since 2003 Action Aquapark has come a long way and turned into the most reputable summer attraction in Sunny Beach and Nessebar area. New water slides and attractions were built and the quiality of service is impeccable.
Over an area of 36 000 sq. m there are 30 water attractions, thematic bars and restaurants and all this surrounded by tropical palm trees and Mediterranean shrubs, wooden bridges over the 330 feet long Lazy River, geysers and fountains, beautiful areas for sunbathing, walking and relaxation.

Only in Action Aquapark, Sunny beach:

– The highest tube slide start tower (20 meters in the sky) and the longest (165 meters) attraction in Bulgaria with slide up and slide down sections;
– The fastest slide “Free Fall”, which invites you to slide with almost 70 km/h;
– The steepest and 18 meters high “Kamikadze”;
– The dynamic Niagara;
– The 150 meters long and covered slide “Black Hole”.

Services & Facilities

– Parking – Action Aquapark, Suuny beach possesses an own Parking Lot, free to all of our guests (in front of the park) – upon availability. In case there are no places left, there is a paid Parking Lot not far away from the park;
– ATM/Cash Point – The ATM is at the parkТs main entrance opposite the Ticket Desk;
– Guest Relations & Information desk – Our Guest Relations department is at your service throughout the day. Address your questions on all of Action AquaparkТs products and services;
– Lockers and Safes – The Lockers and SafesТ area will be on your right upon entering the park and provides easy, unlimited access throughout your entire day. The price is 5,00 BGN and 7,00 BGN per day per locker and safe respectively;
– Free Sunbeds and Parasols – During all of your stay (subject to availaibility);
– Changing Rooms & Showers – The changing rooms and showers are in the southern part of the park, some 50 meters from the entrance, under the Turbolance Slide;
– Gift Shop – Swimsuits, Towels, Sunglasses, Sun Creams as well as different kind of souvenirs from Bulgaria and Action Aquapark(closed for season 2021);
– Photo Store & Services – Professional photographer will take pictures of you during your stay in the park. The photos can be later purchased, also available in digital format on a CD (upon availability). The Photo offers batteries and accessories. *Please have in mind that the photo center is not part of the water park and the services are operated by an external company and each guest must be familiar with their policy and conditions of use of the service;
– First Aid – For your own safety, just in case;
– Free shuttle bus service – fot Action Aquapark’s guests only.

Health & Safety


Your safety is our top priority. Upon entering the park all guests go through a security check and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left home.

Rules and recommendations

– Always keep an eye on your children, they are your responsibility. Lifeguards are unable to look for all of park’s youngest visitors. Areas and big attractions like the Kids Island, may temporarily be unattended;
– Read all signs especially those at the beginning of the waterslides as most waterslides due tor Health & Safety reasons are not suitable for guests with physical disabilities and pregnant;
– Identify deep and shallow water areas;
– Walk (do not run) with care using handrails where availabe;
– Be aware that jumping is not permitted in any pool;
– Be aware of the lifeguard’s locations and to follow the lifeguard’s instructions, it is for your own safety;
– All children under the age of 8 (eight) should be supervised in the water by a responsible person 16 years of age or over;
– The same person may be responsible for up to 2 (two) persons under the age of 8 (eight);
– Children under the age of 4 (four) should be supervised in the water on a one on one basis regardless of whether they can swim or not;
– Children who are 8 (eight) or over and are weak- or non-swimmers should be supervised in the water by a responsible person 16 years or over;
– All children under 10 should be accompanied in the pool by a responsible person 16 years of age or over;
– It is recommended to use sunscreen oil for the prevention of harmful UV sun rays;
– Depth Safery: please ensure that you read all safety signs, these are located in the changing rooms, on the ramp at the pool, on the sides of the pool and at the top and bottom of all waterslides;

Dress code

In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, Action Aquapark strictly enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn at all times, including swimsuits, shirts and appropriate footwear.

Rider responsibility

There is an inherent risk in participating in any amusement ride. We expect riders to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner. Guests must also obey all oral and written warnings and properly use all ride s afety equipment provided. Guests who do not comply with ride rules may be ejected from the park without refund. Please refer to specific guidelines posted at the entrance of every ride.

Attraction restrictions

Safety is our number-one priority. Guests with certain body proportions, or of certain heights and/or weights 4 may not be able to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Specific ride information is available at the ride and at Guest Relations.

Loose articles

Loose articles are not permitted on most rides and should be left with non-riders or secured in lockers.
Action Aquapark and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Lost children

In the event that your child or a member of your group becomes separated, inform a lifeguard, a head lifeguard, or management. Lost children are brought to our main lobby or main entrance gate and are supervised until a family member claims the child.

Restricted areas

Guests are not permitted to enter restricted areas, including ride and backstage areas. Personal items that are lost in ride areas should be reported to the ride operator and Guest Relations. Action Aquapark will make every effort to retrieve lost articles after normal operating hours. Guests entering restricted areas may be ejected from the park without refund.

Park announcements

Action Aquapark does not broadcast personal messages, but guests are welcome to leave messages for other members of their party at our Guest Relations Desk.

Food, drinks and coolers

Food, beverages or coolers may not be brought into the park.

Alcoholic beverages

No alcoholic beverages can be brought into Action Aquapark, Sunny beach. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the park may not leave the premises in which they are purchased. Excessive consumption of alcohol is cause for ejection from the park without refund.


Pets with the exception of service animals are not permitted in the park.

Commercial photography

By entering the park, each guest grants Action Aquapark, Sunny beach the right to film, videotape, or photograph him/her on park property for any reason without payment or consideration.

Weather assurance policy

Action Aquapark, Sunny beach remains open during periods of rain. However, severe weather conditions may require that pools and attractions temporarily close. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.

NOTE: Due to the inconvenience that a closing creates, Sandcastle has created the weather assurance program according to which: if all of park’s water attractions are closed for at least 60 minutes during one day of operation, ? price coupons will be issued to those guests that present a properly dated receipt or a ticket stub upon leaving the park.

If park management closes the facility for a whole day, a ticket for another day will be issued to those with the properly dated receipt or ticket stub.

Both the ? price coupon and full day ticket will be valid for the year they are issued.

Intrusive behavior

We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior, offensive to other visitors may lead to ejection from the park without any refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.

Line jumping is strictly forbidden. Guests are not permitted to save places in line or exit the line and return for any reason. Violators will be ejected without a refund.

Abusive language

Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be ejected from the park without refund.

Park policy compliance

In addition to the Action Aquapark Guest Code of Conduct, guests are required to comply with all local and state laws, as well as individual park policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed.
