Since 2003 Action Aquapark has come a long way and turned into the most distinguished summer attraction in the Sunny Beach and Nessebar area. We never stop evolving and have always aimed to give the most memorable and adventurous experience to our guests.
The park is built over an area of 36 000 sq.m where you can find more than 30 water attractions, thematic bars and restaurants, all surrounded by beautiful tropical palm trees and Mediterranean shrubs. Wooden bridges cover the 330 feet long Lazy River, geysers and fountains surround the peaceful areas for sunbathing, walking and relaxation.
In Action Aquapark Sunny Beach you will find:
- One of the highest tube slide start towers, at a height of 20 meters and the longest attraction in Bulgaria (165 meters) with sections that slide both up and down to give you a whirling adventure

Parking | Lockers and Safes | First Aid and more- Parking – Action Aquapark has its own parking lot, free to all of our guests – upon availability. In case there are no places left, there is a paid parking lot not far away from the park
- ATM/Cash Point – an ATM located at the park’s main entrance, right next to the ticket desk
- Guest Relations & Information desk – our Guest Relations department, to which you can address your questions on all Action Aquaparks products and services, is at your disposal throughout the entire day
- Lockers – the lockers will be on your right upon entering the park and provide easy, unlimited access throughout your entire day inside the park. The price is 7,00 BGN* per day
- Free Sunbeds and Parasols – During your entire stay (subject to availability)
- Changing Rooms & Showers – The changing rooms and showers are in the southern part of the park, some 50 meters from the entrance, next to the Turbulence Slide
- Gift Shop – swimsuits, towels, sunglasses, sun screens, as well as different kinds of souvenirs from Bulgaria and the water park
- Photo Store & Services – a professional photographer can take pictures of you during your stay in the park. The photos can be later purchased and are also available in digital format on a CD (upon availability). The photo store offers batteries and accessories.
*Please keep in mind that the photo store is not part of the water park and their services are operated by an external company, so each guest must get familiar with their policy and conditions of their service - First aid station – your safety is our top priority

Health & Safety
Your safety is our top priority! This is why all our personnel follow strict sanitary rules and regulations, regardless of whether they work in the food court or elsewhere in the park.Your safety is our top priority. Upon entering the park all guests go through a security check and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left home.
- Always keep an eye on your children, they are your responsibility. Lifeguards are unable to look for all of our parks’ youngest visitors. Areas and big attractions like the Kids Island, may temporarily be unattended;
- Read all signs especially those at the beginning of the waterslides as most waterslides are not suitable for guests with physical disabilities and pregnant due to Health & Safety reasons;
- Identify deep and shallow water areas;
- Walk (do not run) with care using handrails where available;
- Be aware that jumping is not permitted in any of the pools;
- Be aware of the lifeguard’s locations and follow their instructions, it is for your own safety;
- All children under the age of 8 should be supervised in the water by a responsible adult – 16 years of age or over;
- The same adult may be responsible for up to 2 persons under the age of 8;
- Children under the age of 4 years should be supervised in the water on a one on one basis regardless of whether they can swim or not;
- Children who are 8 years old or over and are weak or non-swimmers should be supervised in the water by a responsible adult who is 16 years old or over;
- All children under 10 should be accompanied in the pool by a responsible adult 16 years of age or over;
- It is recommended to use sunscreen for the prevention of harmful UV sun rays;
- Depth Safery: please ensure that you read all safety signs, they are located in the changing rooms, on the ramp at the pools, on the sides of the pools and at the top and bottom of all waterslides;
In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and from health and safety reasons, Action Aquapark strictly enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn at all times, including swimsuits, shirts and appropriate footwear.
There is an inherent risk in participating in any amusement ride. We expect riders to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner. Guests must also obey all oral and written warnings and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Guests who do not comply with ride rules may be ejected from the park without refund. Please refer to specific guidelines posted at the entrance of every ride.
Safety is our number-one priority. Guests with certain body proportions, or of certain heights and/or weights may not be able to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Specific ride information is available at the ride and at Guest Relations.
In the event that your child or a member of your group becomes separated, inform a lifeguard, a head lifeguard, or management. Lost children are brought to our main lobby or main entrance gate and are supervised until a family member claims the child.
We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior, offensive to other visitors may lead to ejection from the park without any refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.
Guests are not permitted to enter restricted areas, including ride and backstage areas. Personal items that are lost in ride areas should be reported to the ride operator and Guest Relations. Action Aquapark will make every effort to retrieve lost articles after normal operating hours. Guests entering restricted areas may be ejected from the park without refund.
Action Aquapark does not broadcast personal messages, but guests are welcome to leave messages for other members of their party at our Guest Relations Desk.

Food, beverages or coolers may not be brought into the park.
No alcoholic beverages can be brought into Action Aquapark, Sunny beach. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the park may not leave the premises in which they are purchased. Excessive consumption of alcohol is cause for ejection from the park without refund.
Pets with the exception of service animals are not permitted in the park.
By entering the park, each guest grants Action Aquapark, Sunny beach the right to film, videotape, or photograph him/her on park property for any reason without payment or consideration.
Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be ejected from the park without refund
Action Aquapark, Sunny beach remains open during periods of rain. However, severe weather conditions may require that pools and attractions temporarily close. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.
