The Aquapark’s working hours will be 10:00-17:00 with a lunch break at the facilities 12:30-13:30.
Free transport only per request and contact with aquapark and min. of 4 people.

Entry to the aquapark through Hotel Aqua Nevis Reception. Lunch on a buffet (13:30 – 14:30) and drinks from the Hotel’s Lobby bar (10:00 – 17:00) are included.

Applies to 6 people, with a height of 1.30m.

The group must enter the park together.

One ticket is valid for 6 people in 1 (one) day.

Ticket discounts apply only to online purchases.

Online tickets are not sold locally in the park.

All the prices of the cash desks are without reduction.

Purchased tickets from one order are used at once.

The ticket is valid from 16.09.2026 till 28.09.2026 including, regardless of date of purchase.

The ticket price includes:

– Free parking for guests at the Aqua Park. (upon availability)
– Use of water attractions (for children from 0.90 m to 1.30 m with the indicated limitations of the signs in the park)
– Use of inflatable rings, parasol/umbrellas and sunbed/loungers (until exhausted)
– Changing rooms and showers;

The quoted prices include VAT at the rate of 20%.

All parcel prices are free of any reduction.

Please note: Prices in BGN(lv.) are informative and cannot be paid in that currency at the moment.

Additionally, you pay for:

- Use of lockers for storage of valuables – 4.00 EUR / 8.00 BGN;
- Charge for a lost or damaged bracelet (watch) – 6 EUR / 12 BGN.

NOTE: Additional payment in case of a difference in the purchased online ticket (for example, purchased children’s ticket for a child over 1.30 m in height) will be made on cash desk’ prices;
